Bun Theory started as a Friday-night counter in Indiranagar with one flat-top, one bun supplier and a theory: a burger is only as good as its crust. Three kitchens later, the theory still holds.

Fried to order
Nothing sits under a heat lamp. Fries are twice-cooked when you order, chicken goes in the fryer when the ticket prints.
