Seasonal ingredients, cooked over live fire, in a room of forty-two seats. Contemporary fine dining on Lavelle Road.
From the hearth
A few plates that have stayed on the menu since we opened, because guests ask for them by name.

The kitchen
Fire is the oldest technique in cooking and still the hardest to master. Everything on our menu passes through the hearth at some point, even if only for a moment.
We write the menu backwards: first the farms tell us what is good this week, then we decide what to cook. It means the menu changes often and never quite repeats.

“The tenderloin arrived still whispering from the fire. We lingered for three hours and nobody once made us feel we should leave.”
“I came for a client dinner and ended up booking the private room for my parents the same week. The pacing of the tasting menu is immaculate.”
“Quiet, generous, precise. The kind of room where the staff remember how you take your coffee before you do.”
